Tournament Registration
Registration for the 2012 Mad City Open is currently open. You can register by any of the following methods:
By Mail:
Register by mail by downloading the registration form and mail it to Glide Disc Golf with your check (do not send cash).
In Person:
You can register in person by downloading and filling out the registration form and bringing either cash or check to Glide Disc Golf.
Online:
To register online with a credit card, follow the directions below.
Online Registration
Online registration for the 2012 Mad City Open is now open. To register, select your division from one of the player pools below (view pool divisions).
PDGA membership is not required to participate in the tournament, but current PDGA members receive a $10 discount on registration.
Credit card payments are processed by PayPal. There is a 5% processing fee to cover transaction costs that will appear as "tax" on your receipt.
